Hello! I’m so glad you are here.
I grew up in a military family, which meant home was never one place for very long. Born in Germany and raised in communities across the United States, I learned early that change wasn't something to fear—it was something to embrace. Every new city, school, and culture taught me how to adapt quickly, connect with people from different backgrounds, and find opportunity in unfamiliar places.
Those experiences shaped the leader I am today. I thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and believe meaningful growth happens when we're willing to step into something new with curiosity, resilience, and purpose.
Long before I built a career in marketing, I had another dream.
I've always been drawn to animals, wildlife, and the natural world. After graduating from college, I hoped to build a career in animal welfare and conservation. Like many young professionals, however, I quickly realized that many opportunities in that space were volunteer-based or financially out of reach. I had responsibilities, bills to pay, and a future to build, so I chose a different path.
That decision led to a career I never could have imagined.
Over the past twenty years, I've had the privilege of leading award-winning marketing teams, building nationally recognized brands, creating environments that improve the customer experience, and helping organizations navigate growth and transformation. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest strength isn't simply creating marketing—it's building teams, inspiring people, and helping organizations tell stories that matter.
Throughout that journey, my passion for wildlife never faded.
For more than fifteen years, my husband and I have been recreational scuba divers, and the ocean has become the place where I feel most connected to the world around me. Friends often joke that I'm a mermaid because I'm happiest underwater, and they're probably not wrong. That passion has grown into a love for marine ecosystems, aquariums, wildlife, and habitat conservation, continually reminding me of the incredible work being done to protect our planet and educate future generations.
Those experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply:
Marketing has the power to do far more than promote a brand. It can educate, inspire curiosity, build trust, encourage stewardship, and move people to care about something greater than themselves.
That's why I'm intentionally seeking the next chapter of my career with organizations whose missions protect wildlife, advance conservation, educate communities, and create unforgettable experiences that inspire people to appreciate and care for the natural world.
After twenty years of building brands, leading teams, and helping organizations grow, my heart is ready to return to the mission that first inspired me.
